Refund policy
At Beyond Nutra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Period: Our policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. Items must contain at least 50% of the original product and be in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, and downloadable software products cannot be returned.

Required Documentation: Returns must include proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds: Granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error), or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. This includes books with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product. Contact us at support@serenitybioscience.net to initiate an exchange.
Gifts: Gifted items returned in good condition will be credited with a gift certificate to the recipient. Refunds for gifted items will be issued to the gift purchaser if gift delivery wasn't selected during purchase.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
